The projects completed have been extensive (46 tower floors at Australia Square, and at least 10 tower floors at Grosvenor Place) and varied, and in all cases the works required detailed engineering services coordination and the completion of complex and refined architectural detailing by many different trade subcontractors including stone masonry, glazing, joinery and metalworks. The works were all carried out in live environments – with sensitive tenant occupancies on floors adjoining the worksites.
